NLP BASED LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP

NLP began by studying effective communicators, and working out what exactly they were doing that made them so good. It quickly became apparent that these people could relate to anybody they were communicating with, regardless of whether they held the same or conflicting views. It seemed that the defining factor of these communicators was rapport, which became one of the founding notions behind NLP. Rapport is best described as the ability to enter someone else’s world, enabling them to feel understood by you, and to establish a strong and common bond.
